特大型箕斗装载硐室快速施工技术

摘要: 为加快红庆河煤矿主立井箕斗装载硐室施工速度,根据特大型箕斗装载硐室断面大、结构复杂、施工难度大的特点,硐室施工采用分段、分层掘进,锚网索喷复合支护,模板拱腿进行图形定位,并根据定位进行材料计划和加工。通过合理安排施工顺序、加强施工组织及施工准备阶段图形定位技术的应用,简化了施工工序,实现了工程安全、保质、快速施工,对类似条件特大型装载硐室施工具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to speed up the construction speed of super-large skip loading chamber, segmented, stratified excavation and permanent support are used to locate the arch-legs, and material planning and machining are carried out according to the positioning, so as to avoid the improper position of the arch legs which will affect the construction speed and simplify the construction process. The construction of the cavern is efficient and safe, and it can be used for reference to the construction of the same super-large chamber.
